The short version: we do not collect personal information. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers on 123DiceRoller. Your rolls are made in your browser and stay there.
What stays on your device
To remember your preferences between visits, the roller saves a few items in your browser's local storage:
- your chosen dice colour and table,
- whether sound is on, and
- your last 50 rolls (the History tab).
These never leave your device and are not sent to us. You can delete them at any time with Clear history, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. If you install the site as an app, your browser also keeps a copy of the pages and scripts so it can work offline; that cache holds no personal data.
What our server sees
Like every website, our web server receives the standard information your browser sends with each request — IP address, browser type, the page
requested and the time — and may record it in short-lived server logs used only to keep the site running and secure. We do not use these logs to
identify or profile visitors, and we do not sell or share them. The rolls themselves are never sent to the server, except on the no-JavaScript
/roll page, where the dice notation you type is part of the address you request.
Sharing
When you share a roll, the link contains the dice and the values rolled. The share buttons are ordinary links to the service you choose (such as X, Facebook or WhatsApp); nothing from those services is loaded on our pages until you click one, and that service's own privacy policy then applies.
Children
The site collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date below will change with it. Questions: hello@123diceroller.com.
